At HoloDex, customer satisfaction is our priority. That’s why every order is backed by our 90-Day Guarantee.
90-Day Guarantee
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to contact us if there is an issue with your order.
Because all HoloDex cards are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect information submitted by the customer, or personal preference after production has started.
However, if your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or with production issues
- Different from what you ordered due to our error
We’ll gladly review your case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement
- A store credit
- A partial or full refund (when applicable)

Personalized Products
All HoloDex products are made specifically for each customer.
For this reason, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- We made an error in your customization
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may have already started, and we may not be able to make changes.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
